Dale Bull, M.D., Ph.D., FAAP is Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine in full time practice at a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Southern California. In this large NICU he cares for medical and surgical newborns and infants with a broad range of medical problems. He also teaches and supervises pediatric residents and neonatal nurse practitioners. He has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals and reviews articles for neonatal journals. Dr. Bull provides expert witness review and testimony in matters of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine including neonatal resuscitation, neonatal death, jaundice, kernicterus, encephalopathy, patent ductus arteriosus, chronic lung disease, birth injury and birth trauma and perinatal stroke for both plaintiff and defense.
